There is nothing like small wins
There is nothing like small wins I always thought every win was not worth celebrating or making an announcement of. When some people come online to talk about their wins I sometimes feel they are overreacting, over-sharing, or even over-celebrating . Maybe it is because it is something I have achieved in the past or something I was able to achieve easily then I thought all of this was not necessary . But recently the school where I’m working as a student teacher has this wonderful and exceptional tradition that they use to motivate student. They give a certificate of excellence to all the best students in each subject. Some of the students got more than five certificates while some got just one, but one thing was constant there was a different level of joy and pride on their faces .
